A human rights group said more than 100 political prisoners had been freed as releases continued across Venezuela. Acting President Delcy Rodriguez said Sunday she has “had enough” of what she calls orders from Washington, rejecting U.S. pressure following recent strikes and the capture of leader Nicolas Maduro.
