US military seizes Russian-flagged tanker



The United States carried out operations Wednesday to seize two oil tankers linked to Venezuela: a Russian-flagged tanker in the North Atlantic and a second tanker in the Caribbean Sea, officials said. Charlie D’Agata has details.
