The smoothie bowl is a nutritious breakfast that is eaten like dessert. Fuel your workout with this creamy, fruity and colorful concoction of raspberry puree and yogurt with crunchy pistachio nuts.
Raspberry, Pear and Pistachio Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (613 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons (21 g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (140 g) sliced pears
- 1/4 cup (38 g) fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons shelled pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Add the yogurt, banana, raspberries and chia seeds to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Divide between two low bowls and place the pear slices, blueberries and pistachios on top. Serve immediately.
