Post-workout tropical smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- 1/2 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice (we suggest vanilla)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
