‘Sister Wives 1-on-1’ RECAP Part 2: Meri Brown claims Robyn pushed NES to silence her during Coyote Pass fight
If there is one thing Sister Wives What we’ve learned over the years is that polygamy is complicated – and money makes it even more complicated. that of Sunday evening Sister Wives: One-on-One, Part 2 proved that even if Kody Brown the marriages may be over, the financial problem is alive and well and refusing to be buried.
The Vegas house that refuses to stay in Vegas
Kody Brown kicked things off by stating that Meri Brun wanted all the benefits of the Las Vegas home they shared while still legally married. According to him, this dispute did not start with Coyote Pass in Arizona, but when the family sold their dreams of a dead end.
“She wanted all the money.” Kody alleged, with the confidence of a man who said a lot of things on camera that later… didn’t really hold up.

Merihowever, wasted no time in calling this narrative what viewers at home already thought it sounded like: nonsense. She firmly stated that she had never disputed the fact that Kody was entitled to half of the profits. Its logic? His name was on the house. End of story.

Kodymeanwhile, suggested that unresolved negotiations over the sale of Vegas had somehow led to delays in the sale of Coyote Pass – a property the family co-owned and which ultimately sold in April 2025 for $1.5 million.
“I paid the bills” – Meri against the revisionist history tour
Things got spicy when Meri explained why she could have reasonably asked for more money – but didn’t.
She lived in the Vegas house most of the time. She made the mortgage payments. She bore the responsibility.
However, she did not fight for more.
“I paid for everything” Meri said clearly, before adding the crucial detail: but his name was on it. So she agreed to a 50/50 split.
This is where the story took a difficult turn into eyebrow-raising territory.

Meri revealed that every penny of her Vegas home went directly toward purchasing at Robyn’s Flagstaff’s house – that’s why Kody had equity in the Vegas property in the first place.
Yes. You read that right.
Vegas money → Robyn’s house in Arizona.
Robyn’s version of Meri’s receipts
Robyn Brownhowever, told a very different story.
She claimed Meri told him she was waiting for all the money from the sale in Vegas. Robyn also suggested Kody had covered insurance and other household expenses while Meri took care of the mortgage.
Meri I didn’t let that pass.
“Insurance usually covers the house payment,” she replied, visibly amused to the extent that I couldn’t believe I was explaining it that way. According to Meri, Kody didn’t pay those bills – and the suggestion to the contrary was “ridiculous.”
Viewers at home? Nodding in unison.
Coyote Pass, confidentiality and NDA no one wanted
The real dam with Coyote Pass, according to MeriIt wasn’t greed – it was red tape. Specifically, a confidentiality agreement that Robyn wanted her to sign.
Meri wasn’t comfortable being silenced.
Robyn explained that she and Kody wanted to avoid fighting publicly over finances (which… fair, but also ironic given the existence of this whole franchise). She claimed at Méri’s the requests didn’t seem fair, especially considering the money Kody And Robyn they said they would have buried him.

Janelle added crucial context, explaining that Meri feared that signing the NDA would prevent her from recouping money she believed she still owed from the sale of the Vegas house.

Meri confirmed it straight away: the sale was delayed because she refused to sign.
Robyn cries, Kody pressures and a threat that set off alarms
In one of the episode’s most disturbing moments, Robyn revealed that Kody pressured her to sell Coyote Pass without at Méri’s agreement – even going so far as to threaten her.
Robyn said she put her foot down, recalling Kody that she too had a legal interest in the property and would not allow a “backdoor deal” to occur.
She became emotional as she described this moment, saying Kody transformed into someone she didn’t recognize.
“I called him hard,” she said, with tears in her eyes, explaining that she told him he was not the man she married.
Viewers had mixed reactions: sympathy for the moment, skepticism for the years that came before.
ChristinaDavid and the pantsuit that no one asked for
As if the financial chaos wasn’t enough, Kody rotated towards Christine Brun and her new husband, David Woolley.
Kody claimed that he had watched that of Christine marriage with a smile, saying he was happy she found love. Sounds good – until he follows up with comments about being attracted to Christina after getting a professional job and wearing a pantsuit. Yes. Really!

Christina made it clear that she found these comments inappropriate and disrespectful to her husband. She didn’t mince words, calling the whole thing “disgusting” and accusing Kody to play emotional games.
David loves him. That’s the only opinion that matters now.
The third part will be broadcast on Sunday January 25. And if history tells us anything, the math still won’t work.
