Underwood has already been the center of attention following his intense interaction with the controversial Michael Rapaport, who observers called “homophobic.”

Lisa Rinna Clarifies Her Stance With Colton Underwood, Asks Viewers To Take It Easy

In a video, Rinna, known for her time on “Days of our Lives” and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” said she had been informed that Underwood had been receiving nasty messages since the final episode of “The Traitors,” in which they both appear.

According to Rinna, she and Underwood are in a “big” space and she doesn’t want people to confuse their interactions on the show or on social media with real life. “He was a big one and is a big enemy of mine on the show,” Rinna added.

The iconic reality star pointed out an interaction they had during the episode, in which Underwood identified Rinna as one of the show’s main characters, urging her to show the personality people have associated her with since her time on Bravo.

“Now, as you know, if you ask me to be a housewife, I’ll bring it to you, right? That’s what I was doing, all in the name of play. But just so you know, I’m totally awesome with Colton. I’ve texted with him. We talk. Everything’s great,” she said.

Rinna called Colton Underwood a ‘stalker’ on Instagram

Rinna’s video update comes a day after the “Melrose Place” actress called Underwood a “stalker” on Instagram. “Let’s talk about you being a stalker…” she wrote, referring to Underwood’s alleged harassment of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Randolph.

In September 2020, Underwood’s ex-girlfriend Randolph requested a restraining order against the “Bachelor” star, claiming the reality TV personality stalked and harassed her with text messages and by placing a tracking device on her car.

Rinna’s comment comes after the final episode of “The Traitors” aired on Thursday, January 22, and shows that Underwood is actively working to get Rinna banned from the game.

Underwood has received significant backlash following his alleged past actions.

With social networks users sharing their disappointed reactions to Underwood’s appearance on this season of “The Traitors,” Demi Burnett, a contestant on Underwood’s season of “The Bachelor,” also expressed his opposition.

The negative comments seemed to intensify after the final episode, prompting the show’s production to issue a statement.

“The cast of ‘The Traitors’ are real people, and what happens in the game should never lead to cyberbullying or harassment. There is a difference between discussing a show and targeting individuals,” the statement said. “Let’s not spoil the passion for this series with unwarranted negativity and personal attacks.”

Underwood at center of show drama after feud with Rapaport

Rinna isn’t the only actor Underwood has had conflicts with on this season of ‘The Traitors,’ according to The explosion.

During episode five, Underwood confronted Rapaport, who faced backlash after stating that “no one in this room would be better at keeping a secret than you.”

Many interpreted Rapaport’s comment as taking aim at Underwood’s April 2021 revelation of homosexuality, calling the outspoken personality homophobic.

Rapaport responded to his comments on the show, stating that he was not referring to Underwood’s sexuality. He has also apologized in recent interviews.
