Guy Fieri has said goodbye to his signature look – at least for now.

The Food Network star revealed a surprising new look on Thursday to celebrate her 58th birthday.

In the video posted to Instagram, Fieri — who wore a plaid button-down shirt and khaki pants — not only showcased a clean-shaven face, but swapped his golden blonde ends for a brown comb-over.

“Hi! After so many years of celebrating my birthday as a Guy, I thought this year I’d celebrate it as just a guy. Happy Birthday!” he said in the video, before blowing out the candles on his birthday cake.

“New year. New guy. New look,” he captioned the post.

“Dad…when did you start selling insurance?” Fieri’s son Hunter commented.

“I’m totally not bothered. Guy Fieri is the GOAT no matter what look he chooses,” one fan wrote on X.

“I think my brain just broke,” another fan joked.

Rest assured, Fieri’s new look is only temporary.

For the second year in a row, Bosch highlights its household appliances and power tools with a hilarious commercial that will air during Super Bowl LX next month. In the commercial, Fieri trades in his signature look to transform into “Justaguy” Fieri.

In the teaser videowhich dropped Monday, Fieri seemed reluctant as the buzz of clippers slowly approached his chin. Just before the stylist does his job, the screen switches to the date of the Super Bowl, February 8, 2026.

The new look comes months after Fieri suffered emergency surgery after missing a set of steps and tearing his quadriceps in two.

During an interview with Fox News Digital in November, the Food Network Star explained how he ended up in a wheelchair.

“[I] He walked down a set of steps and one foot went forward, and the other foot got stuck on the threshold. So, you know, it extended me. I looked like I was probably doing the splits, but when my right leg compressed the vanishing point and the doctor said he’d never seen – you know, in 20 years – he hadn’t seen a tear in the biggest, thickest part of your quad in two. Yeah, it sucked,” Fieri said.

“Eight weeks without weights, crutches and a cast, then rehab, which for me, I want to get it over with as quickly as possible. He says, ‘You know, as much as you want, go back to being Guy, you’re really going to have to go through that.’ [it].'”

“I didn’t break anything,” he added. “I mean, I broke everything when I was a kid. I broke my leg, my knee, my wrist, my sternum, my ribs, my tailbone. I mean, you know, you name it, I broke it. But I’m done with that. You know, I’ve been done with that type of behavior for a long time.”
