Green Mango and Kale Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups (490 g) 0% plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (150 g) chopped mango, frozen
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 3 cups (75 g) kale, hulled and torn
- 2 tablespoons (21 g) chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of protein powder
Instructions
In a blender, add the yogurt, then the mango, banana and kale. Secure the lid and blend, scraping if necessary, until very smooth. Add the chia seeds and protein powder and mix.
Transfer to two glasses and serve.
