Chia and Peach Overnight Oatmeal

These Spiced Cinnamon Oatmeal can be made with the milk of your choice and only requires 8 ingredients. Topped with fresh, juicy peaches, they make the perfect on-the-go breakfast. To enhance the flavor even more, try toasting the pecans.

Chia and Peach Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup skim milk or dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup peach or no added sugar fat-free Greek yogurt or dairy substitute
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans, toasted if desired
  • 3 thin slices of peach

Instructions

Add the oats to the container. Pour in the milk, then arrange the chopped peaches on top of the oatmeal. Stir the chia seeds and cinnamon into the yogurt. Spread over the peaches. Refrigerate overnight. Garnish with pecans and peach slices.
