Avocado, Kale, and Spinach Protein Shake

Protein shakes are an easy way to drink a large serving of leafy green vegetables while disguised as a creamy green shake. This one is just sweet enough thanks to the banana and kiwi, while being deliciously creamy thanks to the yogurt and avocado.

Avocado, Kale, and Spinach Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (244 g) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup (245 g) plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 medium kiwi, peeled
  • 2 cups (50 g) spinach
  • 1 cup (50 g) kale, packaged
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
