Rayan Cherki opened the scoring just 11 minutes into the Premier League clash between Tottenham And Manchester City to inflict more misery on the people of north London.
The talented Frenchman headed home from just inside the box after Yves Bissouma was dispossessed by Bernardo Silva on the halfway line.
Silva found Erling Haaland who in turn fed Cherki. City’s number 10 took a few touches before firing into the far corner.
It has been a less than ideal start for Spurs, who are yet to secure a victory in the top flight in 2026, as pressure continues to mount on manager Thomas Frank.
City, meanwhile, are hoping to restore the four-point gap between them and league leaders Arsenal, who beat Leeds United on Saturday.
