Desmond Scott says he lost weight before divorce
Wednesday January 29, Desmond Scott returned to Instagram with his fifth gourmet video of 2026, and his second since the revelation of his divorce. In his IG Reel, his only kitchen utensils were a bowl and his hands as he showed his followers how much Westin and Vance love their rare sweet treat. Pre-popped Himalayan sea salt popcorn, mini marshmallows, pretzels and chocolate chunks: that’s the recipe.
While the snack was the focal point of the video, some fans noticed how Desmond Scott’s brown sweater hung loosely on him. @blahblahblogcast wrote: “Just me or Desmond lost weight? Anyway, dude looks relaxed, pray you both have peace and a happy ending…”
Scott responded to the comment, “It’s just an oversized sweater lol and I bought it when I was in my ‘bulking’ phase.”
Another follower, @rahellyy_, commented: “Damn he lost weight too. » To this, Desmond replied: “I started cutting back in June lol, ws 227 in April. I’ve been 185 since October. It’s intentional, I’m still eating.”

Also on Wednesday, Kristy Sarah shared a different view of their former marriage. She took her fans shopping with her, admitting she’s nervous to return to social media and isn’t in the headspace to create fun content. While in the store stocking up on the boys, Kristy hinted at her divorce, saying this time would force fans to see a different side of her.
“It’s all good. Just a lot of changes at once. And I also want to feel organic. I can’t lie and say I want to go back to my living room right now. We’ll get there… It’s such an interesting phase.”
