Rosé studied how older women dressed as part of their disguise routine

Rosé sat down for an extensive interview with Alex Cooper on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
Cooper traveled to Seoul to film the episode, billed as “A Grammy Special” on the series’ official website. YouTube channel.
While discussing the challenges of being a globally recognized icon, Rosé revealed that her cover-up routine is usually very carefully planned.
“I have a wig,” she explained. “I have a curly black wig, like a short one.”
After that, the Australian-born star deliberately observed how older women dressed in order to emulate their style. “I studied how older women dressed on the street and [then] I would order it,” Rosé said.

The singer opened up about being “gaslit” in a past relationship

For most high-profile celebrities, taking extreme measures to avoid being invaded or disturbed in public spaces often comes with the territory.
In Rosé’s case, however, she now looks back on that period where she had to travel in disguise as a period in which she was “dazzled” by the supposed do’s and don’ts of being a famous person.
“With this guy, he was saying too much: ‘No, we can’t do anything, we can’t go anywhere,’” she remembers. “I was so enlightened.”

Rosé says she keeps her relationships private to protect the people she loves
Rosé has never hesitated to speak publicly about love, or even to say it Paper magazine that she had experienced “a few relationships like a normal girl in her twenties”.
Despite this openness, the South Korean singer has never publicly announced any of her relationships. During the interview, Cooper was curious as to why this was the case.
Rosé explained that her decision is to protect those she loves from the harsh realities of celebrity life.
“I think this must largely be due [with] protect[ing] the person I love,” she said.
Rosé alluded to past experiences in which people close to her faced public backlash, explaining how it deeply affected her.
“I’ve noticed that the closer the person is, if they’re ever attacked, it’s really very hurtful,” she said.

Rosé has already achieved a lot of things that many people will probably only dream of.
The only thing she would like to have is the ability to be herself in public spaces, but she recognizes that this is almost impossible for someone of her international profile.
When Cooper asked her what she would do if she could achieve complete anonymity in public, Rosé admitted that her dream was simply to wander freely in a theme park.
“My dream for a long time, since I was I think a teenager, [I] I dreamed of going to a theme park with a boyfriend without having to think about it,” she said.

Rosé also reflected on her Grammy nomination as a full-circle moment
Although she discussed some difficult aspects of her past, Rosé appeared relaxed throughout her interview on “Call Her Daddy.”
Following his recent recognition at the Grammy Awards, the chart-topping artist reflected on how the milestone reflected an earlier defining moment in his career.
In 2012, Rosé won an audition in front of 700 people to join YG Entertainment and moved to Seoul.
“I think being selected by YG in this open audition to fly to Korea…I think it’s the same feeling as this nomination,” Rosé explained. “I thought this would never happen.”
