According to new reports, the basketball champions are joining forces for an upcoming sports animated film titled “GOAT.”
This will be Angel Reese’s second appearance in a feature film after starring in the Netflix thriller “A House of Dynamite.”

Stephen Curry, Angel Reese and A’ja Wilson join forces for new animated sports film
Reese announced his new role in the upcoming film, “GOAT,” co-produced by Curry’s production company, Unanimous Media, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. According to official press releases, the Chicago Sky star will portray the character of Propp, a polar bear “roarball” athlete.
Curry will also have an on-screen role, playing Lenny Williamson, a giraffe, alongside other notable performers including Caleb McLaughlin, Gabrielle Union, Jenifer Lewis and Las Vegas Aces’ A’ja Wilson.

Set in an entirely animal world, “GOAT” follows Will (McLaughlin), a little goat with big aspirations who gets an unexpected chance to join a professional Roarball team.
According to the film’s premise, Will’s new teammates are unhappy with his presence on the roster; However, through hard work and dedication, he is determined to prove that he has what it takes to ride with the big dogs.
“GOAT” is directed by Tyree Dillihay and is scheduled to hit theaters on February 13, 2026.

This is Angel Reese’s second film

Reese’s appearance in the production will officially mark his second feature film role, following his appearance in the Idris Elba-directed “House of Dynamite.”
Reese opened up about his time on camera in a previous interview, according to The Blast.
“I want to have an acting coach,” Reese said. “I was talking to Common – he’s currently overseas filming season 2 of ‘Silo’ – and he was like, ‘You need to hire an acting coach.'”

Aside from morphing into fictional characters on screen, Reese has been on the rocks lately, teaming up with Victoria’s Secret and becoming the first professional athlete to walk in the brand’s coveted fashion show.
