Maralee Nichols offers a rare glimpse into his daily life with his son Théo, 4 years old.

In the blink of an eye, Nichols I clung to Theo as they admired a flock of pink flamingos at a local zoo. The mother-son duo also visited the new children’s museum and the beach in the follow-up photos.
Nichols confirmed in December 2021 that she was expecting her son, pursuing the NBA star Tristan Thompson for child support and claiming he was the father. Thompson, 34, admitted paternity of Theo in January 2022 after receiving a positive DNA test.

“Today, the results of the paternity test reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions,” Thompson wrote. in a statement on social media at the time, a few weeks after Théo’s birth. “Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
He continued: “I sincerely apologize to anyone I have hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal, both publicly and privately.”
In addition to Theo, Thompson is the father of three children. He shares his son Prince, 9, with his ex Jordan Craigand children True, 7, and Tatum, 3, with their ex Khloe Kardashian. (Thompson and Kardashian, 41, performed an embryo transfer with a surrogate mother to conceive Tatum less than a month before Nichol’s trial.)
“Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I’ve caused you. You don’t deserve the way I’ve treated you over the years,” Thompson added in her statement. “My actions certainly do not match how I see you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you think. Once again, I am incredibly sorry.”

Thompson and Nichols subsequently reached an agreement in December 2022, in which the basketball player was ordered to pay $10,000 in monthly child support.
Nichols, meanwhile, focused on raising Theo as a single parent.
