One of the most common things I hear from people is:
“I’m tired of starting fitness again.”
They feel like they’re stuck in a loop:
- Be Motivated to Make a Change
- Go all-in with a new plan
- Life throws a curve
- Getting derailed and feeling like you have “failed”
- Finally, muster up the energy to try again

This cycle is exhausting. And while many people attribute this to “laziness” or “discipline,” I haven’t found this to be true.
This is usually a lack of clarity and support.
So I built something to help break this loop.
I named it with love The “Stop Starting Again” Workout (I know, super creative. 😂)
This is a short body routine that you can follow 2-4 times per week, with built-in options for:
- Days when you have a lot of time and energy
- Days when things feel GOOD
- Days when everything is on fire
Same training.
Different dials that you can increase or decrease.
You can get the workout here:
Your mission (if you choose to accept it):
Try the workout this week. 💪
Then email back and let me know how it went. I read every response.
