Bachelor Nation Star Kaity Biggar maybe ready to part with her breast implants.
“For those who don’t know, girls aren’t real,” Biggar, 31, said in a statement. TikTok video shared on Friday, January 9, revealing that she was on her way to a consultation to potentially have her implants removed. “We’re going to think about having them removed, so an explant.”
She continued: “We’re going to see what the process will look like to remove them and how much it would potentially cost.”
Biggar previously underwent breast augmentationa process she had begun researching in her late teens.
“It was really good [and] really informative,” the reality TV alum continued Friday, recapping her date. “We went over everything in this date. It’s a consultation. It was free, and we basically talked about what it would look like, what would happen if I deleted them.
Biggar revealed that an explant surgery, the procedure to remove breast implants, would likely take about two hours.
“I would go under [anesthesia]” she said, noting that most doctors remove the entire capsule from the patient’s chest. “When you have an implant placed in your body, it’s a foreign body, your body creates a capsule around it, so they want to go in and remove all of that as well. I would like to be submissive because I want them to take absolutely everything.
@kaitybiggar (.)(.) If you have any questions, ask!!! I will say that I am quite educated when it comes to breast implants! No, I’m not a doctor, but I’ve done a lot of research on them since my late teens. #breast augmentation #explant #explantjourney #cosmeticsugery #explore
Biggar later revealed that she was interested in a bilateral breast explant with total capsulectomy which costs approximately $11,500.
“To put them in, it cost about $14,700, but that was Canadian money. I got my boobs done in Canada,” Bigger said, noting she went to a doctor in Ottawa for the initial operation. “I went to a guy who specializes in natural breast augmentations and honestly he killed it. Great job.”
According to Biggar, his implants even deceived now husband Zach Shallcross.
“Zach didn’t even know I had breast implants when he first saw them,” she joked about her spouse, whom she met on The Bachelor season 27. “So basically what’s going on [is the doctor] I will remove them and then have two drains installed.
She continued: “You would have [the drains] I’ll be here for about two weeks, so obviously I’ll have to take two weeks off, which is no big deal. Go ahead, remove me from the program. So yes, it’s quite intense.
Biggar, who has not yet made a decision on whether or not to have her implants removed, has continued to work as a nurse since becoming engaged to Shallcross on The Bachelor in 2022. The couple said “I do” in May 2025.
“We are so excited to start our family. I think our focus right now is on home,” Biggar told exclusively Us every week last month about the couple’s next steps together. “We’re building a house, so it’ll be ready in June or July, and probably at that time we’ll start getting one ready.”
As for Shallcross, 29, he is particularly excited to see Biggar become a mother.
“I know she will be a great mom because she has so much attention and care for the people she loves,” Shallcross exclaimed. We. “She always thinks of others. She thinks of others before herself, and I know she will do that with our future children.”
