Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (225 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons of smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Instructions
